NIDJAM – 2024: City’s Kashvi wins silver in Triathlon

Kashvi, an eighth grade student of Podar International School in city, has won the silver medal in Triathlon C category for U-14 girls at the NIDJAM 2024 – National Inter-District Junior Athletic Meet, held at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, from Feb. 16 to 18 with a total of 2,469 points.

The last time Mysuru has won a medal was in 2015 when Ambika had won the gold medal in shot put event representing the city in the U-16 girls category.

Currently, Kashvi is being trained by G.R. Prabhakara, a retired SAI Coach, since 2018. She is the daughter of Sathyagith and Vaishali and granddaughter of A.C. Lakshmana, a retired IFS Officer.
